Return & Exchange Policy

Please read the Return & Exchange Policy of AIRINTAKE carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order or using the website, you agree to all the terms and conditions stated below.

First: Return Policy

If the customer is not satisfied with the product, a return request may be submitted within 7 days from the date of receiving the order, subject to the following conditions:

The product must be in its original condition and unused.
The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
The product must not show any damage caused by misuse.
The customer shall bear the return shipping fee of 4 Bahraini Dinars (BHD).

Second: Exchange Policy

Products may be exchanged in the following cases:

Receiving the wrong product or an item different from the order.
Manufacturing defects in the product.
Damage occurring during shipping.

In such cases, AIRINTAKE will cover the shipping and exchange costs after verifying the issue.

For exchange requests unrelated to manufacturing defects or store errors, the customer shall bear an exchange shipping fee of 4 Bahraini Dinars (BHD).

Third: Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

If the product has been used or opened in a way that affects its original condition.
If more than 7 days have passed since receiving the order.
Products purchased during special offers or discounts (except in the case of manufacturing defects).
Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.

Fourth: Processing Time

Return or exchange requests are reviewed within 48 hours.
Refund processing may take between 7 to 14 business days depending on the payment provider and bank.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during purchase whenever possible.

Fifth: Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees and cash-on-delivery charges are non-refundable.
If the customer refuses delivery or provides an incorrect address, the customer shall bear the re-shipping fee of 4 Bahraini Dinars (BHD).
Additional shipping fees of 4 Bahraini Dinars (BHD) may apply for exchange requests.
